Hello, I’m Jeanie Halloran GRI, SRES, STS, RENE, CPE, CCA. I’ve been a Realtor since 2007 and have lived in the Annapolis area since 2010. A realtor since 2007, I started just as the market began to crash. I had extensive corporate sales training and a degree in Marketing, Design, and Photography. These were the perfect combination to stand out in a profession that taught basic and often antiquated marketing tactics.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, I put maximum effort into every client’s home regardless of the selling price. Basic staging, an aggressive digital marketing platform, professional photography, videography, drone photography, and floor plan drawings.

As a Downsizing Professional and Senior Real Estate Specialist, I have gathered a team of professionals, tradesmen, and subcontractors to help my clients with all aspects of preparing their homes for the market.

Besides being a full-time agent, I am a full-time learner. A Graduate of the Realtors Institute, a Senior Real Estate Specialist, a Certified Probate Expert, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Senior Transition Specialist and a Crypto Certified Agent. I am continuously expanding my knowledge base to best serve my clients through every step of their real estate transaction. As a mother to a Marine Veteran and a Navy Captains’ wife, intel or knowledge is most critical to me to assess a situation. Crafting optimal strategies based on my clients goals is the center of my teams successful outcomes.
